Success By 6 Director
Alex Grace Minter serves as the United Way of Southwest Oklahoma Success by 6 Director. She is a proud Oklahoma Baptist University alumna, where she received her B.A. in Cross Cultural Ministry before earning her Master's in Education with a focus on Curriculum Development from Oklahoma State University. Before joining the UWSWOK team, Alex was a board member of United Way Eastern Frontier Country and served as the Assistant Neighboring and Strategic Director of Community Renewal of Pottawatomie County. When Alex is not working, she is searching for the best tacos in Oklahoma with her partner, Justin, and their three kiddos, Brenden, Ayla, and Issac.
Success by 6 serves children from birth through 6 years of age in order to ensure that all kids are ready and able to learn by the time they enter school. We realize that all children face barriers to succeeding in the classroom. Our outreach programming is designed to help young children and their families break down and overcome those barriers.
